Box Fitness

This session is easily one of the best ways to quickly lose body fat, increase conditioning levels, build confidence, de-stress, learn self-defence techniques and develop total body strength.

Through guided rope-work, shadow boxing, pad-work, bag-work and boxer-style circuit training we will help take your physical shape to a whole new level whilst learning the true craft of a fun and challenging sport. Classes are friendly, and open to everyone, whatever your level of fitness and boxing experience.

Cross Training

An energising session that targets all major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight exercises. Cross training sessions are tailored for all ability and fitness levels with a design to improve your functional strength, cardio fitness and decrease your body fat percentage.

These small group sessions are always varied and challenging as we want to keep you guessing but importantly have a main focus on improving your exercise technique while pushing your limits.

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T)

Structured for all skill and fitness levels, H.I.I.T will help push your fitness goals to the level you desire. In an enthused and dynamic group setting H.I.I.T is a complete all over body session, aimed to maximise body weight strength and cardio fitness.

The session largely includes bodyweight, core exercises supplemented with kettle bell, striking drills, running and agility movements.

Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT)

Once you are confident with basic exercises and movement patterns it is time to progress your training to the next level and take on a session that will challenge your strength and endurance.

The MRT sessions take a different approach to training and experienced trainers can be assured there will be exercises and drills that would not have been seen before. MRT sessions are very challenging, both mentally and physically and require a large amount of effort to produce maximum results.

Hill & Step Interval Running

This friendly class will help develop strength, endurance and will always look to improve running technique when on the flat. The session benefits beginner to competitive runners. We predominately hold the outdoor session at Moss Valley country park but we occasionally mix it up by changing venues.

Running intervals usually last between 20 - 90 seconds depending on what we are working on that week. Don’t worry there is no fear of being left behind which can sometimes occur with running clubs of different abilities.

Outdoor Running

This is a class for individuals looking to start running with an aim of completing a 5 - 10km race in the future. It is a fantastic way to burn body fat, gain muscle strength, and increase overall health and wellbeing. Also it’s a very effective method of training with lots of fun and team encouragement. Our classes incorporate mainly flat running surfaces however an occasional hill with be included to keep it challenging.

Ideal for Beginners, Distance Runners, Juniors to Seniors and Families.
