About Results Room

The team at Results Room have worked in the industry for over 15 years and have extensive experience which has been called on to create a training philosophy that blends all of the ‘best bits’ and ‘stuff that works’ from a very confusing industry.

We have travelled far and wide to gain knowledge as a team, from which we have accrued numerous university degrees, strength & conditioning accreditation’s and mentorships.

We have a wide array of sporting backgrounds too which include endurance events, combat sports, team and water sports. So take our word for it when we say you are in good hands. We hope to see you soon and help you on the right path to achieving your training goals.
